ARMENIAN FIRST FOREIGN MINISTER RAFFI HOVANISSIAN ESTABLISHED «NATIONAL CIVIL INITIATIVE» ORGANIZATION

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Armenian first foreign minister, the head of the Strategic and National Researches Center Raffi Hovannisisan had a press conference and introduced the plans of the «National civil initiative» organization established by him. According to Hovannisian, the need to create this organization is stipulated by the wish to be engaged in practical realization of the theoretical studies done by him as the Center head. He noted that the analysis and recommendations prepared by the Center of Strategic and National Studies were introduced to the authorities and all the interested political institutes, but the authorities and political elite did not pay due attention to them. «National civil initiative», according to its leaders words, will pay main attention to consolidation of the democracy in the country, protection of human rights, inclusion of citizens in the public life, and cultivation of national values.
