As the committee co-chairs noted, they had developed a joint strategy for transportation of loads through the territories of Armenia and Turkey. Much importance in realization of the project is attached to opening of Gyumri-Kars railroad. The document also says that the negotiations between the committee and the railway department of Turkey continue at present.
