Russian diplomat considers that the version of territorial exchange between Armenia and Azerbaijan has not settled yet.

The former deputy minister of foreign affairs of Russia Boris Pastukhov, who has arrived in Yerevan as the representative of Gosduma, chaired with his own view of the ways of regulation of Kharabakh conflict yesterday at the meeting with the leadership of National Assembly of Armenia. As he said, in its time the Russian side had suggested the version of territorial exchange between Armenia and Azerbaijan after that there was a package version of regulation, which was also rejected. Pastukhov is sure that the version of asymmetrical exchange of territories has not settled yet. According to Pastukhov, the cochairmen of Minsk group prepared the list of offers which includes some statements of old initiatives, but there are new offers too. Pastukhov has information that during the last meeting, the presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia come to some conclusions. He didn't mention what was the exact conclusion.
