AZERI PRESIDENT AGAIN SPEAKS ABOUT POSSIBLE RESUMPTION OF WAR

PanARMENIAN.Net - YEREVAN, March 21. /Mediamax/. Azerbaijan is ready to liberate territories, occupied by Armenia, by war. As Prime News reports, Azeri president Heydar Aliyev stated this today in the address to his people in connection with Novruz holiday.

At the same time Aliyev said that "Azerbaijan hopes for the peace resolution of the Armenian-Azeri conflict". "If we don't succeed in this, Azeri people will show their strength and power and will liberate the occupied Azeri territories by war", President Aliyev said.

President of Armenia Robert Kocharian, commenting upon the possibility of resumption of hostilities in the Karabakh conflict zone, said today: "The one who starts the war, will lose it". Armenian President stated this at the meeting with the students of the Economic University of Armenia. Robert Kocharian noted that defeat in the war would have serious political consequences.

President of Armenia said, "those who have never fought are speaking for war", stressing that they speak in Azerbaijan about the resumption of war more often than in Armenia. --0--
