NEW CHAPTER OPENS IN ARMENIAN-FRENCH RELATIONS

PanARMENIAN.Net - 09.02.2001, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. Ambassador of Armenia to France Edward Nalbandian said today in the interview to "Azg" paper that the state visit of Armenian President Robert Kocharian to France, starting February 12, will indicate the start of a new stage in Armenian-French relations.

Ambassador Nalbandian stressed that heads of only 4-5 states arrive in France for state visits annually. In his words, after R. Kocharian's visit to France one can say that a new chapter opens in the bilateral political and trade-economic relations. -0-
