AZERI SOLDIER WAS RETURNED TO FATHERLAND

PanARMENIAN.Net - A soldier of the Azeri army, who was earlier detained by the Armenian party, was returned to Azeri authorities through the mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) today. ICRC Yerevan office reported without mentioning his name. To remind, September 26 an Azeri army soldier Asif Bayramov was detained in the north direction of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani contact line. He escaped from his military unit because of improper treatment and having lost his way appeared in the NKR territory.
