FEBRUARY 23 PACE RAPPORTEUR ON KARABAKH TO ARRIVE IN ARMENIA WITHIN REGIONAL VISITFebruary 21, 2004 - 17:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - February 23 Terry Davis, the rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) on Nagorno Karabakh, will arrive in Armenia within the framework of a regional visit. As the Council of Europe told Arminfo agency, in Yerevan the rapporteur will meet with PACE Armenian delegation members, as well as with the country leadership. The same day T. Davis is expected to visit the Nagorno Karabakh capital of Stepanakert and to meet with the authorities. Then the rapporteur will leave for Azerbaijan.
