According to the paper's data, Zuroyan studied in France and holds citizenship of this country. The paper reports that Zuroyan has dual citizenship. Meanwhile, according to the Armenian legislation, foreign citizens cannot participate in elections in the Republic of Armenia, this provision relating to double citizens as well.
