International air travel soars 9.3% in Feb![]() April 3, 2012 - 14:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - International air passenger traffic rose 9.3 percent in February compared to the same month in 2011, while international freight traffic grew by 5.1 percent, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) said on Tuesday, April 3. But IATA said several factors had inflated the February figures and warned that the outlook remained fragile, with weak economic conditions and rising fuel costs, Reuters reported. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
