AZERBAIJANI NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC PARTY LEADER THREATENS TO UNMASK TURKEY

PanARMENIAN.Net - Leader of the Azerbaijani National Democratic Party Iskander Gamidov stated that he possesses audio and video materials testifying that Armenia and Turkey held talks on the opening of the borders. According to Zerkalo Baku newspaper, at yesterday's press conference he threatened that if Turkey goes on denying the fact of such negotiations he will promulgate the above mentioned materials. In Gamidov's words, such talks are being held in one of the Western countries, where Turkey is represented by MP Yashar Nuri Ozturk while one of the vice-speakers of the parliament represents the Armenian party. According to Gamidov, the Turkish representative called Armenia a neighbor state and spoke for the development of relations between the two countries. Citing Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev, who told "if Turkey opens the borders, Azerbaijan won't be able to settle the Nagorno Karabakh problem", Gamidov stated the perspective likely "to surrender Karabakh".
