Turkish fireproof sandwich panels used in Armenian industryApril 13, 2012 - 13:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Kingspan Company specialized in production of fireproof sandwich panels in Turkey plans to set up about 100 thousand square meters of the product in the Armenian market. According to the director of the company’s regional representation, Gagik Gasparyan, the panels are provided with water and thermal insulation and are widely used in industry. 1 sq. m of such a panel costs USD 16-60 on average depending on its purpose, which enables to cut expenses by 20-30% for building material. From April 13-15, Yerevan hosts international specialized exhibition titled “Caucasus Building and Reconstruction EXPO” at Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex. The expo aims to seek new markets, attract foreign investment flow to Armenian economy, demonstrate Armenia’s economic potential and to search for new business partners. The event has brought together over 90 companies from both Armenia and neighboring countries, namely Turkey and Iran.
