Coming out via Entertainment Tonight, the short snippet gives a glimpse at Channing Tatum and Matthew McConaughey as they bare their ripped chests on a stage in front of screaming ladies, AceShowbiz reported. Tatum stars as the titular character, Mike Matingano, who takes a young dancer called the Kid under his wing and schools him in the fine arts of partying, picking up women and making easy money. Alex Pettyfer stars as the Kid, while McConaughey and Joe Manganiello play Dallas and Big Dick Richie respectively. Based on Tatum's real life experience as a stripper when he was 19 years old, "Magic Mike" is written by Reid Carolin. Warner Bros. Pictures will release the dramedy in the U.S. theaters on June 29. Back in 2011, director Soderbegh opened up about what attracted him to helm the film. He told Collider, "When Channing talked to me about this, I thought it was one of the best ideas I've ever heard for a movie. I said I wanted in immediately. It's sexy, funny and shocking.
