CIS observers meet with Armenian party leadershipApril 19, 2012 - 21:16 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - CIS observer mission continues familiarizing itself with the course of the parliamentary election campaign, according to CIS observer headquarters. Experts of the CIS observer mission conduct analysis of the compliance of RA Electoral Code with the Convention on the standards of democratic elections, electoral rights and freedoms in CIS-member states. The Mission headquarters and long-term observers hold meetings with leadership of political party headquarters running for parliament. A meeting was held with the head of the Armenian Democratic Party Aram G.Sargsyan, as well as the leader of the Armenian National Congress electoral bloc. The formation of the CIS observer mission still continues, with documents on accreditation of CIS 103 observers submitted to RA Central Election Commission.
