At the same time he underscored that the leadership and opposition are equally responsible for fulfilling these commitments. The minister noted that that some of the facts presented in the PACE resolution do not correspond to reality and "Armenian authorities will certainly response to it". Besides, he said, official Yerevan intends to attract the CE leaders' attention to the fact that the resolution does not mention of the extremist and anti-constitutional nature of the demands and calls of the opposition. V. Oskanian said he is satisfied that PACE did not support the Armenian opposition aspired to hold a vote of confidence to the President. He considered important that the PACE resolution did not question the outcomes of the last year's presidential election in Armenia and called the leadership and opposition to start dialogue without any pre-conditions.
