AZERBAIJAN OPENS MILITARY REPRESENTATION IN RUSSIA

PanARMENIAN.Net - One of these days Azerbaijan will open its military representation in Russia, said Azeri Defense Minister Safar Abiyev in the course of a meting with Russian Ambassador Nikolay Ryabov in Baku. Abiyev noted "the traditionally good relations" between the defense departments of the two countries. He also emphasized Russia has "large opportunities" as an OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair in settlement of the Karabakh conflict. "Azerbaijan expects much from Russia in that question," the Minister said.
