  ICRC representatives visit Armenian captives in Azerbaijan April 24, 2012 - 19:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited three Armenian prisoners of war and five civilians in Azerbaijani captivity, Trend News reported citing ICRC Azeri representation. The ICRC representatives delivered nine letters to the captives. At present, 3 Armenian prisoners of war and a family of 5 are held in Azeri captivity; Armenia holds 1 Azeri soldier captive.
