  ARMENIA DOES ITS BEST TO PARTICIPATE IN COOPERATIVE BEST EFFORT-2004 NATO MANEUVERS IN AZERBAIJANMay 8, 2004 - 19:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia does its best to participate in the Cooperative Best Effort-2004 NATO maneuvers to be held in the territory of Azerbaijan in autumn, head of the Armenian mission to the European Union and the NATO, Armenian Ambassador to Benelux Vigen Chitechian told Armenpress agency. When asked how the events will develop in case the Azeri party resists, he answered it would not happen, as in case Armenia did not participate in the maneuvers, they would not take place.
