Jack White to write score for Johnny Depp’s "Lone Ranger" April 25, 2012 - 16:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - ormer White Stripes frontman Jack White will write, produce and perform the score for Walt Disney Studios' upcoming film "The Lone Ranger," Disney announced at the CinemaCon convention Tuesday, April 24, The Wrap reported. The film, directed by Gore Verbinski and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, stars Armie Hammer as the titular masked lawman and Johnny Depp as his faithful sidekick Tonto. White released his debut solo album, "Blunderbuss," on Tuesday. "The Lone Ranger" is slated for a May 31, 2013 release.
