Yerevan Mayor owns 5 buildings in Avan district, paper says

PanARMENIAN.Net - Mayor of Yerevan Taron Margaryan has five buildings and facilities in Yerevan’s Avan district, their total area amounting to over 6000 sq.m.Referring to the mayor’s income and property declaration submitted to Armenia’s Central Electoral Commission, Haykakan Zhamanak says Margaryan also claimed an apartment in Tumanyan street in Yerevan downtown with a total area of 190 sq.m.

Besides, the head of city administration owns 258 sq.m. property in Jermuk and a land plot in Dilijan (6365 sq.m.).

Yerevan Mayor has also claimed three cars in his declaration, Mercedes Benz G500, Mercedes Տ450 and Range Rover Super Charge.

His annual salary made AMD 14225000; as of March 1, 2012, Taron Margaryan had AMD 115 mln, USD 50000 and EURO 50000.

In addition, he owns 50% of shares in Z&Z company, the paper says.
