Syunik governor calls MP candidate criminal

PanARMENIAN.Net - During election campaign in Armenian village of Shaghat, governor of Syunik province Suren Khachatryan called parliamentary candidate in N 37 electoral district Tatul Hakobyan a criminal, Zhoghovurd paper reports.

Afterwards, one of those present at the meeting started yelling, “You and your family are criminals.”

When the paper tried to learn the details of the incident, a young man answered the phone call, saying Mr. Khachatryan was too busy to speak.
