Prior to nominating my candidacy, I was engaged in protection of rights of disabled people, Arman Musheghyan said. Dwelling on Heritage social program, he stressed drafting a law addressing the rights of the disabled people as priority area of his activity, unlike social programs that are restricted to pensions and goals only. “Luckily, the last law on the similar issue wasn’t adopted. It portrayed disabled people as a burden on society,” Mr. Musheghyan said, urging to focus on the ideological basis of parties. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
