Yerevan blast leaves 30 injured![]() PanARMENIAN.Net - A blast, caused by the explosion of helium balloons, occurred at Yerevan’s Republic Square leaving 30 with moderate burns. Those injured were taken to Nairi medical center. As PanARMENIAN.Net reporter was informed, the burn victims are out of danger. The blast occurred during the concert organized on the sidelines of Republican Party of Armenia electoral campaign. The concert was called off following the incident, with RPA leader President Serzh Sargsyan leaving for Nairi center. As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed. David Vardanyan is the son of former Karabakh leader Ruben Vardanyan who who is currently imprisoned in Azerbaijan.
