ARMENIAN OPPOSITIONIST RELEASED HAVING GIVEN WRITTEN UNDERTAKING NOT TO LEAVE

PanARMENIAN.Net - The preventive punishment of member of the Political Council, Head of the Press Service of the Republic opposition party Suren Sureniants is changed. Last evening he was released having given a written undertaking not to leave the city. As Sureniants' lawyer Robert Grigorian told Arminfo agency, when making the decision the state of health of the prisoner, including the heart attack, his repentance and intercession of Ombudsperson of Armenia Larisa Alaverdian were taken into consideration. It should be noted that Sureniants was arrested on indictment of calling to violent overthrow of the constitutional order in the country and outraging a representative of the authority.
