Russian, Iranian Presidents to develop cooperation

PanARMENIAN.Net - The telephone conversation between Russian President Vladimir Putin and President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad took place at the initiative of the Iranian side.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad congratulated Vladimir Putin on officially taking office as President of the Russian Federation.

The two presidents expressed their mutual readiness to continue the development of Russian-Iranian cooperation. During the conversation, the two leaders outlined the plans for their future contacts, kremlin.ru reported.
