Prosperous Armenia demands its electoral bribe back - paper

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Zhoghovurd paper, Prosperous Armenia party demands that the village of Lernanist in Armenia's Kotayk province gives back the electoral bribe the party offered here ahead of May 6 parliamentary elections.

The paper's sources claim that “Lernanist mayor Arlik Arshakyan demands that all local residents return the AMD10000 they have received.”

The village head refuted the rumors saying: “Nothing of the kind happened. How can such thing occur?”

When asked whether Prosperous Armenia distributed electoral bribe in this community, the local head said: “I wish they had [offered the money]”
