20% increase in emigration rate recorded in Armenia – paper

PanARMENIAN.Net - The number of people to have left Armenia in the first quarter of 2012 totaled 57 thous. 320 growing by 20% compared with last year (47 thous. 610), according to Haykakan Zhamanak paper.

29 thous. 222 people fled the country only in April, the figure expected to grow in May, the paper says.
