  Paper: ex-MP Victor Dallakyan to be appointed Civil Service Council chair May 23, 2012 - 13:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Haykakan Zhamanak daily, ex-MP Victor Dallakyan, who became affiliated with the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) before May 6 parliamentary poll, will be appointed as Civil Service Council chair. Current chair of the Council, Manvel Badalyan will soon resign his post to be appointed as Agrarian University rector, while current rector is prepared to retire. “At present, Manvel Badalyan occupies the position of the University Management Council chairman,” the daily said.
