"It is not ruled that these funds will be spent on the construction of houses at the seized territories of Azerbaijan due to Armenia's policy of illegal colonization of the occupied Azeri lands", the statement issued by the Azerbaijani MFA says, Interfax agency reported on June 2. The Azeri Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasizes that rendering of such assistance could have negative influence on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement.
