RUSSIAN EXPEDITION TO MOUNTAINEER ARARAT IN SEARCH OF NOAH'S ARK

PanARMENIAN.Net - A Russian expedition is going to climb the mountain of Ararat in search of Noah's Ark on July 15. In the words of the initiator of the expedition, orientalist Andrey Polyakov, during the first expedition that was launched last year the Russian investigators have filmed a giant ship which was approximately of the same size with the Ark. They had brought the photos of the scripts and pictures made on the gravestones of a deserted Armenian cemetery. As it was found out an interaction for surviving for Noah had been written on them. A. Polyakov is sure that there existed two Arks: the one, in which Noah sailed, and the other, which was empty and was found in the sea. The explorers found the remains of the second ship. As reported by Russia, the difficulties impeding the search of the real Ark are conditioned by the fact that Ararat is situated at the territory of today's Turkey, where military constructions are located. That is why the tourists can only approach the southern mountainside. This time, however, the Russian party succeeded in receiving the permission to explore the other mountainside, where in Polyakov's opinion, the real Ark is lying. Independently of the results of the expedition the whole information on the process of the investigation will be transmitted via Rambler TV Network.
