  STATE GUARD SERVICE ESTABLISHED IN ARMENIAJuly 2, 2004 - 23:13 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Robert Kocharian has signed the decree on establishing the State Guard Service. On the basis of the bill On Providing Security for People Eligible for Special State Guard, the Armenian leader confirmed the staff and structure of the service.
