STATE GUARD SERVICE ESTABLISHED IN ARMENIA

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Robert Kocharian has signed the decree on establishing the State Guard Service. On the basis of the bill On Providing Security for People Eligible for Special State Guard, the Armenian leader confirmed the staff and structure of the service. Grigori Sargsian was appointed the chief of the State Guard Service.
