Paper: RPA member Mkrtich Minasyan to head 1st parliament meeting

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Hraparak paper, the first meeting of the Armenian National Assembly of the 5th convocation will be headed by the member of ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Mkrtich Minasyan.

Mr. Minasyan was born in 1946. He has already undergone relevant “trainings” and is currently learning the parliament regulations, attending literacy programs organized especially for him on how to conduct parliament meetings, how to address the Catholicos of All Armenians, how to conduct elections of parliament speakers and his deputies, etc. the paper says.

The trainings are mainly held in parliament vice speaker Eduard Sharmazanov’s study, who teaches him the secrets of the “art” of public speaking, the daily says.
