  Paper: Vartan Osnakian won’t renounce deputy mandate May 25, 2012 - 14:32 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Zhamanak daily, the bureau of former Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian, listed No. 2 in Prosperous Armenia party parliamentary nominees list said that Mr Oskanian has no intention to renounce his deputy mandate.
