PanARMENIAN.Net - In the course of the visit of Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian to Moscow the rumor that his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov has Armenian origins was confirmed, "Haykakan Zhamanak" ("Armenian Time") Yerevan newspaper reported today.
