Electron plant explosion leaves 2 trapped in rubble

PanARMENIAN.Net - A blast and subsequent collapse at Electron battery manufacturing plant in Yerevan’s Charbakh district left 2 people trapped in the rubble.

One person, 67-year-old Janibek Martirosyan was pulled out from the rubble and taken to Erebuni medical center with heavy injuries.

Search for the 2nd victim continues, with Emergency Situations Minister Armen Janibekyan to arrive at the scene, the ministry press service reported.
