Red Cross: Yerevan office officials were not shelled in Tavush province

PanARMENIAN.Net - International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Yerevan Office Communication Programs head said ICRC representatives were not shelled in Tavush province.

“On June 4-5, ICRC officials were on business trip in Tavush province. Nobody opened fire at us. After finalizing programs in Tavush, we were already on our way back,” Ashot Astabatsyan said.

On June 6, professor at Yerevan State University Ruben Abrahamyan said that on June 5, 5:30 pm Azerbaijani side opened fire at a car with representatives from Red Cross in Aygepar town in Tavush province.
