"There can be no military solution to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. We are trying hard to reach peaceful agreement. There has to be an agreement. I am trying to do everything I can to reach resolution," Clinton said. Clinton conveyed the U.S. readiness to foster achievement of conflict settlement based on Helsinki Final Act principle.
