BAKU'S PROTEST AGAINST PARTICIPATION OF ARMENIAN
OFFICERS IN NATO EXERCISE NOT TO INFLUENCE ALLIANCE DECISION

PanARMENIAN.Net - Official Baku protested against the participation of the Armenian officers in Cooperative Best Effort-2004 NATO exercise to be held in Azerbaijan September 13-26, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov told Azeri Trend agency. At the same time he noted that the measure is being organized by NATO and it should be the Alliance to decide on the participants.
