KARABAKH ISSUE: ARMENIA TO ABIDE BY PRINCIPLES DECLARED BEFORE

PanARMENIAN.Net - "We are not going to refuse from the way we have chosen long time ago", Armenian Defense Minister Serge Sargsian, who is taking part in the celebrations dedicated to the 13-th anniversary of NKR's Independence, stated in Stepanakert today. He reminded the three principles Armenian President Robert Kocharian has declared: NKR's status out of Azerbaijan, overland border with Armenia and security guarantees. "The final settlement of the Karabakh problem should be based on these principles ", Sargsian said. He did not rule out the possibility of Karabakh's joining Armenia if a corresponding situation is available.
