Azeris direct sporadic fire at Armenian border

PanARMENIAN.Net - Ceasefire violation on Azerbaijani side was reported on June 9, with sporadic fire directed at Armenian border, Defense Ministry press service representative said.

No injuries occurred on Armenian side, Mushegh Aghekyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. Aghekyan did not confirm a report on the shelling of the city of Ijevan in Tavush province. The press service representative however noted a slight drop in ceasefire violation instances on Azeri side.

According to PanARMENIAN.Net source, a sound of helicopter flying over Tavush province was heard on June 8 night.
