ANC won’t be traditional parliamentary opposition – bloc member

PanARMENIAN.Net - Coordinator of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc commented on the upcoming rally due June 26.

“We will be neither traditional parliamentary opposition, nor traditional parliamentary force,” Levon Zurabyan said, voicing ANC’s intention to combine parliamentary activity with rallies.

“ANC would have garnered 40-50 seats in case of free and fair elections to become the largest parliamentary group. ANC would refuse to hold rallies then,” he said.

Dwelling on the upcoming rally, he said “it will address ANC programs, latest developments, the new government and its program.”
