It will yield no progress,” Caucasus Institute director, political analyst Alexander Iskandaryan said. According to him, “no new statements on Nagorno Karabakh conflict have been issued for the past ten years.” Head of Political Research Academy NGO, Alexander Manasyan, in turn voiced skepticism over achievement of a radical change in Paris meeting. “Foreign ministers’ meetings usually aim to ready meetings for the heads of state to prepare documents in the framework of OSCE Minsk Group,” he said. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
