However, in his words, the EU being ready to help the conflicting parties in achieving agreement on establishment of peace as well as return and settlement of refugees is not going to interfere in the negotiation process. Mr. Prodi also emphasized that the development of democracy, domination of law and defense of human rights will remain the priority issues for the EU.![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
