  Erdoğan, Putin meet in Mexico, discuss Syria June 19, 2012 - 12:28 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed Syria's future in a meeting that took place on the sidelines of the G-20 event in Mexico, Hurriyet Daily News reported. The Turkish PM later told journalists that the meeting had resulted in both leaders instructing their foreign ministers to work in unity. "Our meeting focused on further steps on Syria," Erdoğan said. "Right now, we gave our foreign ministers clear instructions. They will be working together from now on." Erdoğan added that the final policies on Syria will be better shaped once he meets with U.S. President Barack Obama.
