David Nalbandian slams ATP after disqualification from Queen’s ClubJune 19, 2012 - 11:45 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Argentina-based David Nalbandian criticized Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) following the disqualification from Queen’s Club. “Everybody makes mistakes. When somebody else makes a mistake, they have to pay the same way, but the players don't feel that happens much, especially with ATP. At the beginning of the years, you have to sign a document, approving whatever ATP says. Otherwise, you will be banned from ATP tournaments,” the player said. The 30-year-old was defaulted from the Queen’s final for angrily kicking an advertising board at a line judge, which left the official suffering a gashed and bloodied leg. “Sometimes ATP exerts much pressure on the players, and sometimes you get injured because you play on dangerous surface and nothing happens. I don't know if I will get in trouble. I don't really mind. This is what I thought and what many players think,” Nalbandian’s official fan blog quoted him as saying.
