  Paper says Tsarukyan won’t attend parliament meetings June 21, 2012 - 10:13 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Hraparak daily, Prosperous Armenia party leader Gagik Tsarukyan has refused to attend parliament meetings, while Tigran Sargsyan is Prime Minister. However, it is noteworthy that Tsarukyan held a confidential meeting with the Prime Minister Sargsyan regardless of the topic of the discussion.
