Karabakh settlement impossible without Artsakh’s involvement - FM![]() June 29, 2012 - 15:31 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan to discuss Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement.At the meeting, Nalbandian briefed the President on the results of his meeting with Azeri Foreign Minister and OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs in Paris. Also, the Foreign Minister informed him about the oncoming visit of OSCE MG co-chairs to Artsakh capital. “I’d like to reiterate that solution of the conflict is impossible without involvement of Nagorno Karabakh Republic,” the Foreign Minister stressed. “Nor can Basic Principles of conflict settlement be considered finalized without Artsakh’s agreement,” Nalbandian said, Armenian foreign ministry press service reported. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
