Energy Minister, Gazprom CEO discuss Russian gas pricingJune 29, 2012 - 18:26 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Minister of Energy and Natural resources Armen Movsisyan and Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller discussed Russian gas pricing as well as increase of gas supplies to Armenia in 2012-2013. During their meeting in Moscow, the parties dwelled on bilateral cooperation in gas supply sector, as well as Russian gas giant’s involvement in Armenia’s gas and energy projects. The parties also focused on development perspectives of ArmrosGazprom natural gas pipeline project. Also, the parties agreed that the launch of the 5th thermoelectrical power station in Hrazdan will satisfy increasing energy demands in Armenia and neighboring states. In 2012, Gazprom delivered approx. 1,6 billion cubic meters of gas to Armenia, RIA Novosti reported.
