ARMENIAN PRESIDENT OFFICIAL VISIT TO GEORGIA STARTED

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today the three-day official visit of the Armenian President to Georgia started. At noon Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili and Cabinet members met Robert Kocharian at the neutral stripe next to Bagratashen bridge. The official meeting ceremony was held in Sadakhlo. According to the visit program, today the two leaders will have a private meeting in the Georgian President's residence, followed by talks between the delegations of the two countries at the high level. Besides, R. Kocharian will also meet with Parliament Speaker Nino Burjanadze, Prime Minister Zurab Zhvania, Catholicos Patriarch of all Georgia Ilia II. It should be noted that R. Kocharian will also participate in the Armenian-Georgian business forum, festivities, devoted to the Tbilisi Day and will meet with the Armenian community. The Armenian delegation will return to Yerevan October 24.
