32 Atam founder’s “It’s Me” а revelation of Armenian soldier’s life

PanARMENIAN.Net - Vahagn Grigoryan’s “It’s Me” was featured in Golden Apricot Yerevan-hosted film festival’s contest program.

The helmer described the film as a glimpse of a life in a military uniform. “The film chronicles the life in the Armenian army, reveals the reasons for serving in the army and tells who we’re doing that for,” Grigosyan said.

“The film’s living long enough to tell future generations about the Armenian army is a reward enough for me,” he said.

32 Film Production Company’s “It’s Me” follows a young man leaving for compulsory military service. Upon return from the army he plans to marry his girlfriend and move abroad to live with his uncle.

This is how the young man’s army life begins in a border military unit. Through the eyes of the soldier, the viewer sees the issues in the army: acquiring the qualities of a man, mastering physical strength, feeling homesick, making new friends, learning the difference between good and evil.
