President Sargsyan says Armenia-OSCE cooperation importantJuly 12, 2012 - 20:07 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met with OSCE delegation led by the Organization’s Secretary General Lamberto Zannier. During the meeting, the Armenian leader stressed the importance of cooperation with the OSCE. The President expressed hope for the Secretary General’s visit to further strengthen the country’s ties with the Organisation. As President Sargsyan noted, the visit is a good opportunity for exchange of opinions on key issues and challenges in the region. Mr Zannier, in turn, characterized Armenia as an active participant in OSCE activities. The Organization’s official expressed hope for further development of cooperation with Armenia. The parties further focused on the progress of Karabakh settlement negotiations.
